Application
Qili Two Way Sanitary Ball Valve has a full port design to reduce turbulence and pressure drop through the valve. Design features such as, lockable handles to prevent tampering, ISO 5211 mounting pads for actuation, and blowout proof stem packing are standard. Standard clamp ends make for easy assembly and disassembly when cleaning or working in tight spaces. As for the wetted parts of our Two Way Ball Valve, the ID finish of ball and ports are to a 20 Ra ID.
Our Two Way Sanitary Ball Valve comes standard with fully encapsulated seats. Which is necessary to reduce the threat of contamination for critical processes or products. Additionally, the valve requires no special tools allowing for easy maintenance and low installation costs. Each valve is capped and bagged as well as permanently etching the size, alloy and heat number for full trace-ability.
